williamjosh075,

Will try to give you some my recomendations :

1. when I quit smoking myself (I not smoking already near 2.5 years) - I do it after reading Allen Karr book "Easiest way to quit smoking". This book using NLP techniques for self-motivation and make smoking cessation process much more easy. In my case it works.

2. most easiest way for me looks like :

1. switch to e-cigarettes. You will still get nicotine, but will not get tar & ash (near 4000 additional dangerous components inside).
2. read Allen Karr book (you can still smoke while reading) and decide final quit smoking date.
3. You can use Miracet to lower nicotine withdrawal syndroms and stay calm at this time. Drink Miracet near 2-3 monthes, because it most dangerous time to not start smoking again. Or see our  natural quit smoking products for Miracet alternatives.
4. For first 1-2 monthes try not drink and not go out to party with smokers.

As the E-cigarettes does not emit any smoke and it does not contain any toxic chemical .so it is less injurious to health.

Smoking is really bad to health and if one cannot quit then E-cigarettes are the only substitute and it is less hazardous.
