Smoking habits reduces vitaminc in human body and it is important to find the ways that can improve vitaminc. To maintain good health smoking people should reguraly take 100mg vitaminc and take efforts to develop immune system.

Exercise! Keep up that exercise regime you started when you were quitting. Exercise reduces stress and keeps you preoccupied so you won't be tempted to light up.

Smoking is the worst thing to do as it reduces the years of th elife and causes much harm to human body and there are number of disease caused through smoking that is cancer, stroke, lung and heart disease, coughing, asthma and many more. So smoking should be avoided.
