The self determination is the key to success in every aspect of life. Whether you have to work in office, writing a book or quit smoking. For me nothing is more important than be a non smoker. I have a mind to manage every thing. When I started to smoke I made my mind to smoke and when I quit it, I was determined. When I heard people speaking that to quit smoking is very difficult task so I really feel strange that I f person like me can get rid of it then every one can.

 

As I told you before that I used to make up my mind so when I started to smoke, I was very happy that I do smoking. I feel very different from other people who do not smoke. I think my self superior. But my all heroism ended when I faced a problem of breathing. I became asthmatic. It was just a start, my doctor said to me.

 

If you would not get rid of it then  get ready to meet with your lung cancer that could lead you to the death by lack of oxygen to your organs. That was the reason now to settle my mind to quit smoking. I take everything as a challenge for my self. So I take stop smoking as a challenge and chosen the toughest way the cold turkey method.

 

This is a simplest yet toughest way to quit smoking. In the cold turkey method, all you have to do is to quit smoking by make your mind that you will never smoke again in your life without having any kind of drugs, therapies and medical treatments. But the way that is suggested is to find some alternative food or activity that will lead you to the easy way of quitting smoking.
My favorite fruit is banana.

 

So when I felt the craving for cigarette, I used to eat the banana. I joined gym and started the regular walk. I schedule m y life and activities. I used to wake up early in the morning and get out of my home for a morning walk. I then I go for my work and in my break time, I go out of my office far from the smoker’s friend. I sit at some out door restaurant to enjoy my chicken soup with broccoli salad and a piece of Salmon.

 



Then I came back to work and return home at seven on the clock. When I come back home, I prepare my self for the gym and get back at nine on the clock. Gym is the environment where I meet many non smokers enjoying their healthy life styles. So I try to spend my time there. When I come back home, I used to eat two bananas and then I used my laptop and read about the latest way to get rid of cigarette habits.

 

Then I go for bed early at night. This schedule helped me a lot to quit smoking cravings because I try to remain busy all the time indulging my self in healthy activities. On Sunday I used to visit market or go for a foot ball match. All this strength and will power of my mind protects me to getting involved in cigarette habit again.
