When I was at the age of fifteen, I was new at my high school. The life of high school is attractive and stylish. All you have the lust for fashion and girls around you. At that time, I and my friend Jim thought that for getting famous in the school we have to follow the rules of looking cool. And the rules were very simple, Smoking and drinking. So I took my first breathe of smoking in my late fifteen. It was unbearable for me to get away from it and that had made me a chain smoker at my very young age.

The smoking was not only the drug I used to I intake. Marijuana was one of my favorite flavors with the tobacco. I used to drink and smoke all the way long in the night club to be so special among the girls. But that was the beginning of my destruction. at the age of eighteen I was having flu al the time.

My voice was changing at I was losing my confidence level in speaking. My girl friend was always trying to support me from not in taking the cigarette but I always neglect her.

Soon I realize that she was right. When she was pregnant, the baby was having asthma and eczema. My baby was born immature and he was had the tonsils problem. it was really a shameful act for me when doctors told me that your baby got the disease s from the fathers smoking habits. I went to my girl friend and I excused her for my bad habits and never to get addicted to it.

But now the problem for me was how I should get away from this habit. What would be the best way for me? So I went for a doctor consultancy. He analyzed my will power and velocity to get the cigarettes away. So he suggested me the vaccinations and with that the herbal medicines.

I was so determined to quit smoking because whenever, I see my daughter, I feel guilty and just want to get rid of my life. But then I make up my mind that nothing is impossible in this world. So I managed to go for the doctor to have my vaccination process because now I just want to be a responsible father and husband under the supervision of the doctor. And that was what I was doing. For my further guidance, he suggested me to read Allen Carr’s book.

The book was really helpful with the injections treatments. After the course completion of my medicine, I was one of the successful persons who had stopped smoking. But during the period, I sometimes, craved badly for my cigarette. But it happened very rarely that I felt crave and puffed one. And now I am one of the lucky men who had got rid of it. Now my friends and my wife called me a non smoker hero.

And it feels great when my daughter sits in my lap and smiles at me. Perhaps, I am now addicted to watch her smiling and playing around me and that of course is not bad for my health. I sometimes now feel that I was really a fool that was responsible for my daughter’s disease. But now when I see her healthy and active, I just thank my lovely wife for supporting me to get rid of my habits!
