I am now on day 6 of taking the Tabex tablets and my 2nd day of being completely smoke free:). I have had a couple of moments of craving a cigarette but nothing so bad that I haven't been able to take my mind of it.I was very sceptical as I have tried absolutely everything before, I tried Champix but I started to have suicidal thoughts so had to stop, 4 times with patches, Zyban tablets, nicotine gum, inhalators you name it.
Theses are definately the best I have tried and at only 12ish per pack are a bargain.
No side effects so far, not even any moodiness, much to my partners relief:)
I have smoked for 37 years which is an awful long time and especially bad as I am now only 45.
Definately worth trying.

day 9. My withdrawal using these tablets left me in hospital a paranoid wreck!! Im in my right mind to sue!!

My wife is Polish and reccomended I try this to stop smoking, having tried everthing before. Gum, Patches, e-cigarettes and even Champix (I lasted 3 months smoke free with champix).
I am now on my second week of non smoking and can't ever remember it being so easy. I do think about smoking but never "crave" it. It must be a habbit thing for me. I genuinely do not need a cigarette, but used to enjoy taking a break from my desk to have a smoke at work so occasionally miss the short walk to the smoking bubble.
This is my second go at Tabex. The first time I took a tablet when I remembered, sometimes 1 a day. No Suprise it didn't work. Then I did it according to the instruction, every 2 hours for the first 5 days whilst still smoking, cutting down the number, then ever 3 from when I stopped, I'm down to 1 tablet a day now, and it was very easy.

I am the fourth person I know who has successfully stopped using these tablets. My Brother in law went from smoking 40 a day to none as dis his housemate neither has touched a cigarette now for over a year and are saving kinda made me want to quit too. I know it's only 2 weeks, but it's never been so easy, I love it / had no side affects and feel great.

please can someone tell me, do i stop smoking before i take the tabex tables or cut down on smoking while taking them. unsure how to take them propely .thanks

Having smoked for over 25 years I never thought something would help me stop!
This was so easy, I stopped within the 5 days and only occasionally have a quick thought about a cigarette and then it's gone from my mind again.
I haven't had any side effects either.
I tried everything before and nothing seemed to work, however Tabex are absolutely brilliant.
Why they haven't been available in the UK is beyond belief!!

HI TO ALL USING TABEX,

On day 3, OK today but yesterday I was well cranky, But was not using TABEX.

They seem to be working, My spirits are high today. I did have resevations about the drug, Has for purchasing over the net. I,ve smoked for 34 years and gave up 3 months last year using patches. I cannot breath propally at moment still clearing out.

I think there working and will keep in touch of my progress
