Alternative to the medicine to stop smoking

Medical has the solution for the all the problems regarding the body but sometimes, it really do not work as desired. There are some other treatments that are going side by side with the medical treatments and therapies. But the interesting thing about these treatments is they work better than medicine. Here is another thing that most of the people can not use medicine due to some reason. These people if want to leave the smoking have to look for the other ways.

 

Below are some tips that can help you to get rid of your cigarette routine with or without your medicines:

  1. First thing you have to build in your mind is self motivation. You have to talk to your self. Just put away all the smoking stuff from your house, office, car or other places where you more often sit. Try to arrange something else for your self when you crave for a cigarette. Make a cup of coffee, tea or milk with fruits mixed is the best option.

  2. The second thing is that manages you with good activities and tries to participate in games and out door activities. try to be more on work and make your self busy and always take something with you that you think can end your smoking craving such as chocolate or cookie or may be an candy. 

  3. Another important thing is that you have to analyze yourself about the usage of cigarette. Think that at which level you require to smoke. Make a program for yourself that what would be the time limit for leaving this habit completely because some people have more will power than other. So if you have lack of determination than it is not a big problem. You can gradually work it on.

  4. As I have already mentioned that you have to choose a supplement of the smoking. You have to think for the things that can help you to step aside from cigarette. If you have a craving try to walk, play some games or go out of the house. You can chose different foods that you like as well.

  5. One good thing about bad experiences is that you learn good things from it. Just take into your mind the efforts that you have gone through while before you tried to quit smoking and you get failed. But you can overcome your failure next time. Take it as your exam and you have to appear in it. For the first attempt may be you get failed, but in second attempt, you would improve and then after the time you would definitely score highest.

The above mentioned are some simple rules that can guide you in a way when you want to quit smoking. All you need is the determination and work for yourself and without the use of medicine you can get rid of it.
