Quit smoking and witness health wonders

Everyday we move around and witness many people smoking even on the public places. Why do people smoke and are not willing to leave smoking? One reason could be there constant or irresistible addiction for cigarettes. And the other aspect is people who intake cigarettes every day are not really aware of the fact that quitting smoking can do health wonders for them. Let us view only few of the wonders that quitting cigarettes can perform.

The carbon monoxide content present in the cigarettes reduces the hearts ability to carry forward the necessary oxygen for the body this circulation is improved and even restored to normal within just eight hours of quitting cigarettes.  The circulation system of blood starts to improve and within 24 hours one’s risk of having heart attack declines.

Chain smoking causes the nerves to shrink, but send-off smoking can help these nerves to regrow   and the ability of the smoker to smell and taste is enhanced within forty eight hours. Within 20 minutes the blood pressure and pulse rate comes to normal. The body of the ex- smoker starts to relax within two to three weeks. And the physical ability of the muscles is also increased like one can walk well.

The lungs function also starts to improve within the period of one to nine months as lungs are most prone to cancer during smoking. The entire functioning of lungs is improved from short breathes, fatigue, sinus congestions. As the time passes by, the over all health and defense of heart against diseases such as coronary heart diseases, stroke and heart attack is reduced to half within the period of one year.

Within five to ten years the risk of other diseases as cancer of mouth, lungs, throat, kidney, pancreas and esophagus is also reduced. Referring to my question above why it is hard for smokers to quit smoking? Because the body of the smoker is directly subject to nicotine, which despite some reported affirmative effects such as elevation of mood, is much more harmful than helpful.

This nitrogen containing organic compound increases the blood pressure and glucose level in the body. When a smoker tries to avoid cigarette he experiences this nicotine deficiency and his desire for cigarette is increased. This nicotine is not harmful itself but it inhibits UV of cells death, a process called apoptosis. This interferes with the body’s ability to fight cancer cells.

Cigarettes do not impart any enjoyment on the far side what you had as a nonsmoker. Its upshots on your body in terms of potential health outcomes are ample. On the top of the list are the hormonal and metabolic issues of tobacco.

These causes  deficiency of mental and physical energy, endurance and recuperation, and one can experience these problems in  everyday life.
