This habit is responsible for almost 440,000 of more than 2.4 million premature deaths in the United States and a leading cause of death worldwide. The effects of smoking are well documented in terms of heart and concern for the health of the circulatory system. However, recent medical studies the relationship between smoking and back pain have shown.

As you know smokers have higher risk of many diseases caused by smoking so much. Among these diseases and ailments are pneumonia, lung cancer, stroke, blindness, emphysema, chronic bronchitis, blindness, and heart attack. You are attempting to kill oneself. Imagination in the future about when you will be dying. You will be living in the ICU and you will be having heart disease, emphysema and lung cancer, the Medical devices are around you , an inhaler on your mouth, a saline solution at your arm. Do you wish it? Do you thing people around you wish it?
2. it cause damage people who do not smoke.
Just like the second-hand smokers , chain smokers or passive smokers absorb toxic nicotine and chemicals in their bodies, thus making them susceptible to acquire smoking-related diseases. How do you feel when people around you die because of your smoking? your brother, your sister, your child, your parents, Do you love them? Why you injure them?
3. it makes you age shorter years.
Based on the studies’ estimations, adult male smokers have an average loss of 13.2 years of life. On the other hand, adult female smokers have an estimated average loss of 14.5 years. It’s not just the lifespan of a smoker is shorter, It make smokers die Like torture. Why you must make your life shorter?
4. Smoking is, indeed, Expensive.
You may not realize it, but smoking is quite expensive. If you adds up the amount of cigarettes and tobaccos you consumed in a year and multiply it to the number of years you has been smoking, the total is definitely surprising.
Besides this, the cost of medical treatment and health care will most likely astonishing if a chain you do not quit smoking. Why you don’t use this money for making people around you are happy?
If You say that well your right I should quit but I can’t do it. I have tried many times. You don’t even know how hard it is to quit smoking. And my reply is for one thing you are right and I’m glad I don’t know how hard it is to stop smoking, because I’m sure that its hard after watching people struggle with it. I would also say however that giving up is not the answer and for several reasons.
For one thing haven’t you heard the phrase “if at first you don’t succeed, try, try again”? Quit Smoking, This is a natural part of life to have to fight for the things in life that are really worth something. At least the second time you must have the experience more than the first time, It maybe easier than the first time. You don’t just give up on something, especially if what you are straining for will kill you if you give up, literally! Would you tell your son or daughter to just give up the fight if they had leukemia because it was going to be hard? No way, and so you can’t either. Don’t hesitate to quit smoking.
You also want to say something but I and my body want it so bad and like it so much. And I would agree, addiction is for sure the worst part of the whole thing and makes it hardest to make a good decision to quit smoking. However it still isn’t an excuse for several reasons. It still for one thing is a life and death matter. For another, are you going to let those tobacco companies who targeted you and got you addicted on purpose get away with doing that to you? And third many have done it before you and there are good programs that help you to quit smoking. So you’ve got some thinking to do and some decisions to make. I ask you to choose real life!
