Smoking is a bad habit that makes us ill. You know that is not healthy, but you can not stop it. Today we try to give you a few tips about this problem :

 

The first step, and most importantly, self-motivation! Even if the TV screams that "smoking can kill" or "Smoking is your only pleasure ?"... in reality you are  the only one able to stop this vice!

Operation garbage :

 

First of all you have to get rid of anything that might make the need of smoke: packs of cigarettes, ashtrays, lighters, etc..

Go for a walk

When you feel that you can not take anymore and you're ready to break the door and stop at the first kiosk to buy a pack of cigarettes. Go for a walk, listen  music or start up any other activity.

And if until now you have strongly believed in the slogan "after a god meal, a very god cigarette ..." (you know the quote), try to eat a candy or chew gum after every meal.

 

Drive the danger out :

 

Think what are the moments when you wanted very much to smoke? When you are stressed, nervous, when drinking coffee or alcohol? Try to identify these moments to avoid them later.

Moreover, should stay as far away from people who smoke, they will certainly have a influence on you! (i`m not telling you not to leave the house, stop seeing friends and give up forever the clubs and bars, but it is best to avoid such activities, at least until the danger has passed)

 

Water :

 

An excellent antidote to quit smoking is water! It helps to eliminate toxins from the body and to escape the constant need to smoke.

 

Salt :

 

There is a trick that will help you to get rid of dependence on cigarettes: every time you feel the need to smoke, put some salt on the tip of your tongue. Repeat this process for one months. You will note that addiction will shrink.

 

Food :



 

Did you know there are some foods that can help to give up cigarettes? Who are those? Juice, fresh fruits and vegetables, especially carrot juice and the celery.

Honey is also an excellent antioxidant and anti-smoking remedy! Eat two tablespoons of honey every day for two months. Just as the treatment with salt, you will note that addiction will shrink.

 

Drink orange juice and grape juice twice a day. These fruits are very effective when it comes to eliminate nicotine from the body.
