Getting out of smoking addiction is not very easy for many people. It is not something that can be done over night. You need a very strong mindset to quit and ready to disobey your cravings thereafter. Deciding not to smoke is the biggest step involved in quitting the habit. Many have tried and not all of them have failed, many of them have successfully stopped smoking and are living a healthy social life.
