  • After you start following the plan, clean your house, your car and your clothes and make them cigarette smell free. The cigarette smell can be very tempting for the smokers especially in women. So you have to free your entire environment from smoking smells.

  • Start preparing your self fro the cravings because ounce you start your plan, you will most of the time craving about the cigarette that would be reduced but it will take time. So choose some other option of food when you feel cigarette craving like candies, chocolates or chew gums etc.

  • Last but not the least, positive attitude can play vital role for your quit smoking habit. If you show your determination and will power towards the quit smoking program, you will get results in less time and far much better. You do not want to spoil your efforts and money that you have spent on quit smoking treatment by getting a piece of cigarette in to your mouth. So be positive and determine to get your results in less time.
