Cigarette is made up of tobacco and nicotine that are considered as the most harmful components for human body. We have knowledge and we have known how but still we do not agree to quit smoking. Now let see the chemicals that are present in single cigarette:

On the top is Ammonia that is used in toilet cleaners and fluids.

The second is acetone that is used in the nail polish removers.

Third is the solvent in gasoline, the Benzine.

 Fourth is the cadmium that is the heavy metal mostly used in the batteries and cells. A flaming fuel chemical known as Formaldehyde is also present in the cigarette. Hexamine is used to light the barbeque fluid. Then there is another harmful chemical known as hydrogen cyanide used to burn the chambers. This element is a poison.

Naphthalene and mercury both used in moth balls. Naphthalene is also used in the insect and mouse killer acids.

This one you might be using in your home to kill the bacteria on your kitchen or wash room floor known as Phenol. Toluene the chemical used in industries as solvent, zinc, strontium, styrene the plastic maker or you can say plastic itself etc.

In the above mentioned chemicals there is not a single chemical that is worth for a human body. Think of the smoke that your puff releases. It is full of killing toxics and poison. These can not only kill you but the other people around you.

It is not only you whose health matters obviously; it is the people around you who are just suffering these chemicals and diseases just because of you.

Now it is you who can decide what is good for your health and what is not? These are only some of the chemicals that are listed above there are still thousands of remaining that can kill you.
