Chain Smoking – The Worst Addiction
True about chain smoking...What really is chain smoking and how is it different from normal smoking? How many cigarettes do a chain smoker consumes every day compared to just an ordinary smoker? These are simple questions but not that easy to answer. If someone smokes half a packet of cigarettes per day he would definitely consider himself a chain smoker, but if someone smokes two packets per day then he and all others would know that this is what you call chain smoking. It just depends on what type of a smoker you are asking these questions to.
The label of chain smoker is stuck on the people who are smoking since a long time and you would never see their fingers without holding a cigarette. They would rather consume half of the cigarette box within a short span of time. People who have been chain smokers for long find it hard to quit smoking because they are so dependant on nicotine consumption.
It is very easy to get addicted to something like cigarettes. You can light the flame up and smoke whenever you feel depressed or stressed but this chain smoking is leading you nowhere. You would not even know when you finish half or full of the packet for the relief and comfort it is providing you with.
The truth about chain smoking is the dependency of smokers on the tobacco and biochemical products that are made to suppress the stress on human brain. They feel in control entire time but they are eventually losing the capability to think and to make proper decisions for them. Chain smokers find it strenuous and laborious to give up because they light up cigarettes on every occasion.
Whether they are happy or sad or tensed or confused, you will find them seeking pleasure with the help of a cigarette. They rely on smoking even for smaller and easier tasks! This is taking them nowhere but to more failures and encounters that would be far more challenging and difficult.
At that time they will have no option but to give up all hopes with their life! Chain smoking strongly stimulates the nervous, emotional and physical imbalance of the body. Smokers know of what they are doing but they avoid and neglect the factual concepts.
In order to quit chain smoking one should substitute their lifestyle to a healthy, fresher and youthful one because when you have to accept things, accept them with courage. No shortcuts!
