Nicorette gum reviews

My own experience with Nicorette. This gum help you to not feel nicotine starvation, so if you decided to quit smoking it will help you to lower the symptoms. However you can find later what you addicted to this nicotine gum (as was to cigarettes before). so it just replacement, or just some help for smokers for long airplane trips/etc. Also i have several headaches when used this gum.

So, this gum not help you to quit smoking really. it solution if you go to places/have trips where cannot smoking. However if you want to quit smoking completely you need to get out ANY nicotine!

Nicorette side effects : Gas, bloating, belching, burping, flatulence, headaches, severe ear ache, back pain, irritability, severe anxiety, high blood pressure, shortness of breath, sore stomach, can't eat almost any food without it causing issues with digestion. Lightheadedness, fog brain

I went from working out every day to staying home and packing on weight from not working out. I couldn't breathe or I would get short winded or have these episodes that occured where I would feel like I was punched and lost my breath. I don't know if it was the nicorette or not as I suspected gall bladder or gall stones but I strongly suspect it after reading these posts and my symptoms matching others. I have been in and out of the hospital and today just came home from a ultrasound. Not sure if gallstones or not but I am telling you, I am beginning to think it is the nicorette. I am going to do my best to get off of this stuff..been on it a year and I bet my problems are a result of this gum. I think over time these symptoms progess as I have been on it about 13 months. I notice when I start chewing that I will get a small burp. Unfortunately, I will get stressed and chew, chew, chew and I will start burping more. Sometimes, I feel like my whole belly is going to explode and I will belch, have stomach acid, be gaseous, and I will go into a panic attack from the anxiety.

After 3+ years of chewing this gum, I find myself addicted to it. How do I break this addiction and remain smoke free? Help!!

From day one, I have been pleasantly surprised with how effective Nicorette was. I had always just kind of thought it would not help (i.e., that I would still crave the real thing--cigarettes). Admittedly, I didn't follow the suggested Nicorette plan--I still chew the gum and have never really cut down. However, I view smoking as the worst thing in the world to do to yourself, so for me, the gum is one million times better than smoking. And no I haven't experienced any hair loss at all, and I have been chewing the gum for several years off and on, and daily the past 6-9 months.
